Holliday Investigative Services, Inc. is a full-service investigation agency, licensed and insured in the State of Georgia. State-of-the-art equipment and access to public and private worldwide databases assures fast and reliable results.
Holliday Investigative Services, Inc. is member in good standing of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the American Society for Industrial Security, Georgia Association of Professional Private Investigators, and the National Association of Investigative Specialists.
Holliday Investigative Services, Inc. is owned and operated by John L. Holliday, a retired detective from the New York City Police Department. Mr. Holliday has many years of unique and complex experience in criminal investigations including: white-collar crime with the Manhattan District Attorney's Office Squad; narcotics with the Narcotics Division; homicide; missing persons; and major felonies with the New York City Detective Division.

Mr. Holliday has worked as a contract investigator for Pinkerton Consulting and Investigations, Kroll Consulting Group, United States Investigative Services, and Citigate Global Intelligence and Security. He has security clearance from the Department of Defense and has conducted personnel security investigations for the Defense Security Service as a contract investigator. Mr. Holliday holds a B.S. in Management of Human Resources from St Joseph's College and is certified in Leadership & Supervision, Counseling and Interview, and Interrogation Techniques.

Buddy E. Jones, Operations Manager
Mr. Jones joined Holliday Investigative Services in February, 2004, and has served in a variety of positions, gaining valuable experience in all phases of the company, including Surveillance, Claims Investigations, Traffic Accident Reconstruction and Sales. Mr. Jones pervious professional background includes 13 years in the United States Marine Corps as a Military Policeman, Traffic Accident Investigator and Criminal Investigator. He was honorably discharged in February 1989 and elected to seek a career in Private Investigations, Insurance Fraud. Since that time, Mr. Jones has overseen the operations of small and large companies and has owned/operated his own company. We welcome his experience and knowledge into the group of Holliday Investigative Services.
Leo A. DeFranco, CFE
Mr. DeFranco serves as a Consultant for Holliday Investigative Services. He is a retired Supervisory Special Agent of the U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Mr. DeFranco has over 35 years of experience as an Investigator. He has expertise in all phases of narcotics and dangerous drug investigations, healthcare fraud and pharmaceutical industry related investigations. After retiring from DEA, Mr. DeFranco obtained his Private Investigator License in Georgia and also achieved status as a Certified Fraud Investigator. His background includes conducting personnel security investigations for several federal agencies. He has extensive experience and training as an interrogator and interviewer for any type of investigation. His training includes a variety of law enforcement and investigative subjects. Mr. DeFranco formerly served as the Director of the Georgia Community Policing Institute, a federally funded grant responsible for promoting community policing in Georgia through training and technical assistance. He was formerly employed as an Investigator for a major pharmaceutical company and a major health insurance company as a Health Care Fraud Investigator. Mr. DeFranco holds a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Lewis University, Romeoville, Illinois. |
